看看月曆,很快便到端午節了
一直以來對端午節無感,但自從去年開始,我竟然愛上了端午節⋯⋯的糉!
記得去年端午節前夕時,C先生帶我到上環熟食中心的曾記粿品吃潮式食品
我想潮州人應該會認識這間數十年歷史的老店吧
當時是周末下午時分,因此人很少

這樣才能品嚐熱呼呼而且外脆內軟的粿品

甜粿的外皮香軟Q彈,這種口感完全正中我心
這是綠豆粿,餡料可不少呢

沒想到外皮可以拉得如此誇張

芋泥粿,外表煎得金黃香脆,配上微甜的芋泥
雖然看起來好像油太多,而且有heavy的芋泥,但整體感覺不會很膩呢

而且不會過鹹(曾吃過不少韮菜餃,但大部分都是偏鹹的)
外皮沒有甜粿般Q彈

炒潮式糕粿由糕粿、雞蛋及韮菜製成
口感有點像酒樓常見的煎蘿白糕
味道甜甜的,蠻特別的!
有部分好像炒燶了(?)所以特別香脆,讓我吃個不停!

除了各式各樣的粿品,曾記糉也是端午節必點的美食
售價大約為HK$50以下/件(不知道今年會否漲價)

看起來好像跟鹹肉糭沒有太大分別,但內有屹坤
從小到大都是吃親人自制的鹹肉糭,材料有鹹蛋黃、糯米、肥豬肉、綠豆
曾記糭又會有什麼材料呢?

原來有栗子、冬菇及豬肉,還有一種特別的餡料 - 豆沙!
什麼?豬肉和豆沙配在一起?味道豈不是怪怪的?
加上我不是特別喜愛豆沙類製品,所以事前擔心自己會受不了
沒想到,這個配搭味道很特別呢!
C先生說曾記糭有個特別的吃法,就是把糭子的餡料拿出來,然來把糯米及餡料拌在一起
這樣的話才不會單方面嚐到豆沙或豬肉冬菇,亦不會出現偏鹹或偏甜的問題

糭內有一些拉絲狀的物體(連端午糉都拉絲?)
質地有彈性,不是入口即溶的類型
口感煙煙韌韌,C先生說這是「豬網油」,用來包著豆沙
豬網油是豬肚外的脂肪,原來是豬的一部分
難怪吃起來會有種豬油香

每年只能吃一次曾記鹹甜糉,實在太少了吧
不過這讓我更期待今年的端午節呢
今年想嘗試曾記糉的話,可先向曾記預訂
但預訂後最好不要「走數」,畢竟這是人手製作,「走數」的話會浪費了店員的心血呢
