我想我和周公的關係還不錯，甚少有失眠問題
很快入睡之餘，亦很少被吵醒
平日需要睡很多，需要上班的日子通常睡六至七小時
放假的日子甚至可以睡十小時以上
不過之前有段時間睡得不太好，即使睡眠充足，但還是覺得很累，屬於淺層睡眠
情況未嚴重到需要藥物幫助，但始終想改善睡眠質素
所以我在Lookfantastic買了this works SLEEP系列，試用了以下產品一段時間，是時候分享我的用後感了

先介紹皇牌產品 - Deep Sleep Pillow Spray，以下是產品資料：

簡單來說，是一瓶有薰衣草成分的噴霧
眾所周知，薰衣草有效改善睡眠，所以Deep Sleep Pillow Spray有薰衣草成分十分合理
我主要在睡覺前把Deep Sleep Pillow Spray噴在枕頭上，然後直接就寢
聞起來有陣陣薰衣草味，氣味尚算清新，不俗氣
噴咀設計不錯，不是氣壓式設計，但噴出來的水珠不會過分集中
因此能平均地四散於空氣之中，氣味大約在20分鐘後消失
我想是因為噴霧已經揮發了？又或者是鼻子已習慣這個氣味？
不知道是否心理作用，還是產品功效，自從用了Deep Sleep Pillow Spray，睡眠質素真的有改善！
一整晚睡得很香，可算是深層睡眠
起床後也不會覺得自己睡得少／睡得不好
用完大半瓶後就沒有再用了，但我的睡眠質素沒有因此打回原形呢

後來有想過是薰衣草的關係，直接用薰衣草香薰油可能都會有同樣效果
所以有試過把薰衣草香薰油滴在香薰機內，然後睡覺
亦試過用專為改善睡眠而設的複方精油，但效果不是十分明顯
所以之後我在Lookfantastic回購Deep Sleep Pillow Spray了，不過價錢不太便宜呢
以安睡噴霧來說，一瓶75ml噴霧的價錢接近HK$200，大約可用10-15次（？）
所以我會在Lookfantastic特價或有優惠套裝才入手

Deep Sleep Pillow Spray還有Plus加強版，不過我沒有試過
因為普通版已足夠改善我的睡眠問題了

因為質地十分油潤，把它當作香水膏般塗搽在手腕內側後
翌日起床後，手腕內側仍然黏笠無比


而且塗搽時有一種沙沙的感覺，會覺得膏內有一些小粒子，感覺怪怪的


除了噴霧和膏，還有走珠版 - Deep Sleep Breathe In：

Deep Sleep Breathe In也是有薰衣草香味
能快速吸收，肌膚不留半點油膩感


整體來說，我最喜歡Deep Sleep Pillow Spray，以下是我的使用習慣：
．Deep Sleep Pillow Spray：睡得很差的時候才會用
．Sleep Balm：由於太油膩，所以不了
．Deep Sleep Breathe In：晚上懶得用Pillow Spray，或者Pillow Spray氣味已四散
但我還是想有少許薰衣草味陪伴入睡，就會用Breathe In
有時亦會在出遊時攜帶，以備不時之需


以上就是我對this works Deep Sleep系列的使用心得
雖然整體感覺不錯，但我不時提醒自己不要過分依賴它們
因為我覺得良好的睡眠質素是需要多方面配合，從生活習慣入手才是最重要呢
